Abstract :
In this paper a time-varying cross-higher-order cumulant is defined, based on which a time-varying cross-higher-order cumulant SVD-MN algorithm is proposed. This algorithm can suppress all kinds of uncorrelated coloured noise and correlated Gaussian coloured noise. Emulation results show that the method here can estimate frequency change rates and initial frequencies of multicomponent chirp signals in hybrid coloured noise effectively.
