Since the financial strategy has a closely relationship with the corresponding operational strategy; in turn, the operational strategy indirectly infulences the financial decision-making, the significance of the interaction between the two items should not be ignored by corperate managers. This paper, analyzing the relationship mentionded above, puts forward the following measures to dynamically mathch the financail strategy with operational strategy such as: to reasonably balance the proportion of debt-capital & equity-capital in order to optimize the capital structure; to comprehensivly appraise the return of investment on a basis of integral interest of the main business and others; to rightly determine the relationship between cash dividends and retained earnings according to the features of the different development stage. In conclusion, a dynamic adjustment of the financial strategy of diversification is the golden key to harmonize the sound development of main business and subsidiary businesses.
