Abstract
A multi-stage cooperation and competition model based on flexibility in port service supply chain consisting of a port enterprise and two service providers (SP) is built, using Stackelberg model and Cournot model. Flexibility in port service supply chain is studied. The influence factors of port enterprise´s flexibility strategy and SP´s flexibility strategy, relationship of port enterprise´s flexibility strategy and SP´s flexibility strategy, the impact mechanism of port enterprise´s compensation strategy and allocation scheme to SP´s flexibility strategy, are analyzed. Conditions on which flexibility efforts under equilibrium with Stackelberg competition are greater than equilibrium with Nash competition are given.
