  • Abstract
The definition of region-oriented basin initial water right harmonious allocation is put forward, then the criterions of harmony analysis are constructed on the basis of harmonious management theory. If the preliminary allocation scheme of water right doesn´t pass the harmony analysis, the inharmonious regions are traced reversely. Based on evolutionary game theory, a multi-round dynamic game model is constructed to continuously adjust the water right allocation schemes of each region. Finally, harmonious allocation scheme of region-oriented basin water right will be achieved.
