Abstract :
Computer Aided product decorative design is one of the significant branches of CAID. The way of expression in the former cases was limited by many conditions, which resulted in prolonged design cycle and low efficiency. This paper started with the aim of satisfying the demands of clients, offered a solution and procedure for solving complicated, multi-solution cases, for problems including prolonged design cycle, modification of cases, evaluation and decision-making with the purpose of obtaining the decorative design scheme which will satisfy the clients to the highest degree. Meanwhile the paper set the target of evaluation of computer aided product decorative design and illustrated the eventual satisfactory evaluation result with examples of certain products.
