  • Abstract
    The authors demonstrate that the material´s response to the polarization state of light is indeed local. We prove this by directly imprinting complex vectorial structure of a high-intensity pulsed radiation, including its transverse and longitudinal field components, in glass with an unprecedented accuracy.
