Abstract :
The CGHs (computer-generated holograms) are calculated as Fresnel holograms such that they include focusing and a spatial offset. A Ti:Sapphire laser system delivering 100 fs pulses at 795 nm is used to write the calculated bit pattern on a silicon sample by selective ablation.
