Abstract :
The reagent and its influence factor have strong non-linearity, uncertainty and hardly to be described using accurate mathematical model in the anionic reverse flotation process. Moreover, the reagent feeding is difficult to be accuracy controlled with conventional control method. So, according to the practical production in a ore dressing plant, proposed the scheme of intelligent control for flotation reagent adding. This scheme on the basis of rough set theory, and comprehensive utilization the information and data of area, realize the reasonable control rules for reagent adding. For intelligent control can applicable the condition which in technical indexes change, proposed the control rules update method.
