Abstract
Public Hospitals are large and complex organizations targeted in providing Health Services to citizens. Due to the complexity, multidisciplinary competences such as budgetary or techno-economical issues they incorporate and complex cases they have to deal with, the services they provide are usually deprived in terms of quality. In this paper we propose a Hospital Participatory Information System that will be used to bring together all Hospital stakeholders (e.g medical personnel, patients and even visitors) and will promote innovation and idea creation, aiming in improving both health services offered to patients, but also intra-hospital operational issues e.g related to the daily job of (non)-medical personnel.
