Abstract :
Accurate tracking of passenger is key technology as well as an important part of passenger flow statistics in public transportation. Regions where the moving object will probably appear in next frame could be predicted by Kalman filter associated with information concerned the object in the current frame, such as its velocity and location. On condition that searching range is reasonable, positioning and identification of the moving-object is exact enough, accurate tracking of object is achievable by algorithm of the mathematical model established.
