Abstract :
On the basis of statistical model of reliability the failure-free lifetime probability of products is considered at a stress exceeding the strength of a material. It is shown that the casual sizes of working stress and strength for the investigated polymeric material can be described by the normal law of distribution. The analysis of statistical model of reliability shows that the failure-free lifetime probability is more sensitive to change of the statistical characteristics of strength of a material. The application of considered model of reliability for an estimation of failure-free lifetime probability of products with polymeric materials on design stages, manufacture and operation is shown
