Abstract :
This paper establishes a theoretical model in enterprises´ decision-supporting system for foreign direct investment. The model is divided into three levels, including quantifiable and non-quantifiable factors, as well as static model and dynamic model. It tries to reveal inherent laws and decision processes of foreign direct investment decision making. The model is able to explain the foreign direct investment activities of developed country enterprises and developing country enterprises on logical consistency basis; and it is able to explain the foreign direct investment activities of production enterprises and service enterprise with logical consistency.
