Abstract :
A practical model on strategic decision making is built helpful to introduce a new situation map on strategic decision making. The complex system theory states that the use of analytic hierarchy process and swing weighting is feasible to acquire the multiplex relative weights of factors which belong to the practical model. The situation map, generated by the combination of the multiplex relative weights of factor, is used as guidance of strategic decision making. The paper describes two modeled situations. In addition, the situation map shows the real case of strategic decision making.
