  • Abstract
Evaluation of the transmission investment project plays a great role in the grids construct. Taking account the factors of technology and economic, this paper put forwards a index system of transmission investment evaluation. Above all, matter-element analysis theory is introduced into the project estimation, and extension set is built, the ternary-matter-element model on object, character and eigenvalue is set up. The function of correlation degree is integrated to measure off the object, and the best project of transmission investment is selected. The last, the feasibility and validity of the method of matter-element analysis model is proved by a numeral case.
