Abstract :
The condition of conservation of layered structures of multilayer steels obtained by a welding method during hot rolling is defined. It is shown that the most effective means of prevention of decay of layered structure of multilayer steels is the use of optimum conditions of thermomechanical treatment and alloying of the high-carbon component of the carbide-forming element
