Abstract :
Phone call monitoring and positioning and shielding algorithms were provided and the algorithm flow charts were given. The system prototype was developed and the experiment results as well as analysis were given. The results of experiment and application show that the algorithms were reasonable and the system could preferably realize the monitoring and positioning and shielding functions in special locations where mobile phones are not allowed to use.
