Abstract

This paper introduces the design and implementing scheme of SCM that one software organization may adopt, discusses the basic concepts of SCM, putting forward the implement of configuration management based on CMMI and putting the stress on the practices of configuration identifier, version control and change control. Next presents a software development platform integrated software configuration management capabilities. By the introduction of document management and code management module, so that the whole process of software development can management by them, so that the whole process of software development can by management by the configuration management norm, to achieve the purpose of improvement the quality efficiency of development.
