Abstract
The origin of information risk in supply chain is categorized into three aspects: bullwhip effect, commission-agency mechanism and the moral degeneration of members. The methods of preventing information risk in supply chain are given. Through sharing the valuable information provided by third-party, the disadvantageous results caused by bullwhip effect can be decreased in supply chain. Reasonable benefit allocation mechanism among members is helpful to prevent information risk, and how to allocate benefit among members is discussed.
