Abstract :
The authors will also present first results for pump-probe experiments on single, lateral InGaAs QD molecules. These samples have been studied extensively by photoluminescence spectroscopy and control over the emission by a lateral bias voltage has been demonstrated. Pump-probe spectroscopy does not rely on the emission of a photon but rather measures the QD molecule´s transient absorption directly, allowing for the characterization of the system beyond photoluminescence studies.
