Abstract :
A new design method of microstrip directional filter is reported, utilizing its symmetry properties. In the proposed method the design of directional filter is reduced to the design of a filter arrangement comprising coupled open-ended ¿/8 transmission line sections and uncoupled ¿/4 line sections.
