In this paper we will discuss project management issues for offshore development and specifically Offshore development centers. Offshore development center (ODC) is a newly introduced model in the software industry, which refers to those organizations overseas, which require software development as a specialized department. In this model they hire software developers offshore but the quality assurance part of the project is done on their own side. We will be discussing the different project management requirements for this model and focus on identifying major area for successful project completion and deployment for such a model.
