Abstract :
Critical mode boost PFC converter with voltage control mode and current control mode are analyzed. Two average models for them are proposed. With these models, simulation not only for small signal and static behavior but also for large signal and dynamic behavior of the two kinds of converters can be easily performed. Simulations and experiments were done to verify the proposed models.
