Abstract :
With the development of E-commerce, especially the rapid growth of C2C market, trust plays the key role in the electronic trade. But now, there are still some shortcomings at the on-line evaluation mechanism. Based on the analysis of the trust relationship features, this paper raises the trust evaluation principles in C2C E-commerce. Then the paper proposes a new trust evaluation method for C2C E-commerce, which is based on fuzzy logic and handles the factors including time, money, domain and personal relationship that are often ignored before. Finally some examples are to explain the trust evaluation method. The method for trust evaluation in this paper can provide reliable credit evaluation and help people to avoid the frauds in C2C E-Commerce.
