Abstract :
A computer experiment tool for the analysis and optimization of microwave bipolar transistors is presented. The computer package comprises: the preprocessor, the processor and the postprocessor. The preprocessor is flexible and allows the different internal mechanisms to be included at the user´s choice in a certain run. The processor is efficient and robust and the postprocessor is powerful allowing to took inside the device like on a TV screen.
