Abstract :
In this paper, with Pro/E and SimMechanics as tools, by the method of building solid models of loader working device in Pro/E, and then transforming CAD models into SimMechanics model, the simulation animation and bucket tooth point locus diagram under the given driver of the working device can be got. The results show that the simulation method is good at analyzing a variety of movement of mechanical system, and provides a convenient way for practical engineering application by taking advantage of convenient modeling, powerful simulation and automatic model analysis.
