Abstract
The paper starts from an investigation on the intangible cultural heritage and cultural creative industry in Hangzhou. Based on some research and analysis of the investigation results, this paper associates intangible cultural heritage with cultural creative industry and puts forward that cultural creative industry will be one of the best opportunities for intangible cultural heritage and the latter will promote the development of the former, thus forming a unique cultural creative industry chain of Hangzhou. This paper also gives some planning schemes and concrete design ideas on two categories: folk literature and traditional handicrafts. We hope that intangible cultural heritage will be popular in our daily lives and become a necessary part of our cultural lives, and thus it can be well protected and inherited.
