Abstract
Dissipative structure of subject librarian system is described based on the dissipative theory. The function of subject librarian is analyzed mathematically on subject librarian´s information service and compared with traditional reference service, as well as analyzed schematically on knowledge flow and transfer and knowledge innovation. Finally subject librarian´s role in reduction of positive entropy in library management system is also presented.
