Abstract :
This paper introduces a multi-information identification system (MIIS) based on digital signal processing (DSP) technology. In large-scale power system protection, harmonic distortion is one of the interference factors that have increased most rapidly due to the great increase in electronic (nonlinear) loads connected to power systems. The control harmonic is a very complex procedure in power system protection because of the background of multi-information flow. In order to analyze and study the harmonic source that interferes with multi-information flow and its interference procedure to power system protection. DSP technology with multi-information identification method is introduced in the paper, and then set up a MIIS based on DSP. The MIIS is mainly used for analyzing and controlling harmonics in power system protection (PSP)
