Abstract :
Starting with the gap between the subsequent pipes and the ground in pipe jacking construction and taking into account the deformation of the subsequent pipes under the combined action of the jacking force, gravity and the ground, this paper constructs the micro- flexibility model of the subsequent pipes, summarizes the flexibility curve equation of the subsequent pipes through stress analysis and modifies the model according to the actual situation. It also analyzes the guiding significance of the model on pipe jacking construction, calculates the impact of flexibility curve model on the jacking force of pipe and the worst place of pipe under stress in the process of pipe jacking based on the flexibility curve equation, and makes a qualitative analysis of the impact of reducing friction through injecting slurry.
