  • Abstract
    The concept and solution method of stochastic bimatrix game with strategy preference are introduced. According to the OWA weighted composition operators, the strategy preference vectors of players are firstly calculated; based on mathematical expectation of random variable payoffs, the clarity bimatrix game is proposed, the solution method and process of particle swarm optimization are also given. The application model of stochastic bimatrix game in the course of naval ships operational projects is put forward. The study results do have the military application value for resource distribution and improving fighting effectiveness.
