After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In order to evaluate competitive power of industrial estate, the paper takes three industrial estates of coal, electric power and nonferrous metals as evaluated object, on the base of establishing comprehensive evaluation system this paper establishes comprehensive score model of competitive power of industrial enterprise By means of factor analysis. Meanwhile according to the classification of comprehensive score of competitive power of industrial enterprise the paper realizes comprehensive evaluation of competitive power of industrial estate. So it will proffer scientific foundation for industrial estate and industrial enterprise to formulate sustainable development strategy.
