Abstract :
Based on factor analysis, an index system for evaluation of brownfield redevelopment project is proposed. The index system includes six indicators of Environmental and Health Benefit Indicators, Financial Indicators, Brownfield Site Indicators, Societal Stability Indicators, Policy and Technical Indicators, Performance Indicators, which are extracted by means of principal components analysis from total 27 criteria, which are selected from four dimensions of social and economic, financial and accounting, environmental and health, and prospective value.
