Abstract
The mobile Internet is one of fastest growing application domains in computer communications. New technology components in the mobile Internet have been highlighted; however, everyday mobile content operation encounters a wide range of network integration challenges. It is difficult to identify all the operation requirements in advance in the rapidly emerging mobile Internet services. The author presents the challenges and issues from a 3-year experience of non-stop mobile content operation. From the lessons learned, the design issues for mobile content operation design criteria are presented.
