Abstract

Based on the analysis of the development of Guangzhou economy and logistics parks, this paper introduces the BOT project mode of Guangzhou logistics parks. Based on the BOT, this paper analyzes the risks which the Guangzhou logistics parks meet, and designs an evaluation system. And then, through grid method and fuzzy Borda number analytical method, this paper analyzes the BOT project risks of Guangzhou logistics parks based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The result of practice proves this kind of mode is of science and feasibility.
