Abstract :
Security with all aspects that can be assumed - from the scientific and technological functions to social and personal issues -affects human life and can be considered as an effective indicator of quality of life. Four factors influencing science and technology (software, hardware, human capital and management) cannot be designed, trained, developed and run without observing the requirements that interaction be done in a safe environment.
