  • Abstract
    In this paper we present a design approach for harmonic injection frequency dividers using the harmonic balance technique. This way we have obtained the optimum match loads and bias point for a MESFET device when used as a divider. Then we have implemented the passive network and calculated the device´s describing function (TSIDF) to find the divider solutions. By means of the incremental functions (TSIIDF) we could separate the stable solutions from the non-stable and determine the locking range.
