Abstract
In this paper, the stabilization problem and controller design of networked control systems (NCSs) with both short constant time delays and Markov packet dropouts are discussed via switched system approach. By using the Lyapunov functional methodology, inequality techniques, and cone complementary linearation method, some sufficient mean square stabilization conditions are derived and stabilizing packet-loss-dependent feedback controllers are constructed. Moreover, 1numerical examples and according simulations illustrate the effectiveness and validity of our techniques.
