Research on Profit Allocation of Supply Chain Based on Grey Relational Analysis

To deal with the feature of various influencing factors of profit allocation, an evaluation method based on grey relational analysis is developed. When this method is used, evaluation index matrix of cooperative enterprise in supply chain is constructed by analysis and statistics of the influencing factors of profit allocation. Then, a judging matrix is established and solved through the calculation of grey relational degree. A weight for each index which affects the profit allocation of supply chain is determined accordingly. Finally, the concrete application of the method is tested by an example. The results indicate that the proposed evaluation method based on grey relational analysis effectively coordinates the profit allocation of supply chain, and is good for the supply chain successful performance; hence, it is reasonable and practical.
