  • Abstract
    Inspired by the principles and concepts of neuroendocrine-immune systems, the bio-network architecture has been proposed. A dynamic bio-entity distribution service is presented to reduce communication costs in the bio-network middleware. Moreover, a communication locality scheme is designed, which handles the communication relationship between bio-entities. The scheme includes inspection, bio-entities distribution, consultation, and bio-entity migration. On our simulation platform, the simulation experiments are done to compare the runtime for static and dynamic bio-entities distributions. Experiments results show that the proposed scheme is feasible to solve the communication between bio-entities.
