Abstract :
In this paper, we consider controllers and communication sequence co-design for a collection of systems with a shared controller-to-actuator channel. The shared channel is assumed to be with limited capacity in the sense that only a subset of the systems can communicate over it. Random communication sequence (RCS) is proposed in this paper. Under this scheme, the access of the shared channel is given to a subset of the systems randomly according to certain probability distribution. We first give conditions under which a collection of systems can be mean-square stabilized by controllers and RCS. Then for a given admissible RCS, the method of designing mean square stabilizing controllers is proposed.
