Abstract :
The corporate core competence is the entity of collective knowledge. Based on analyzing the knowledge attribute of the corporate core competence, two factors which are the core knowledge competence and the core operating competence are generalized. This analysis provides theoretical premise for using the knowledge management to cultivate the corporate core competence. According to the knowledge flow during the course of the cultivation of the corporate core competence, this paper uses the theory of the complexity science to pointing out the detailed measures for using knowledge management to cultivate the corporate core competences. That provides theoretical inspiration for cultivating the corporate core competence and set the relationship between corporate core competence and the knowledge management in the times of knowledge-based economy.
