Abstract :
This paper develops a new multivariate statistical process control method based on one kind of EIV model. The main idea is to propose a fitted error from EIV model to convert the multi-variable to single variable. Theory and method are discussed. Three examples of multivariate statistical process illustrate the capabilities of the new method. The new control scheme is universal in application but some problems need to be studied further.
