  • Abstract
In this paper the authors describe a project undertaken to implement ABET protocols of defining educational outcomes, making definitive assessment of the outcomes, and providing remedial improvement based on the results of the assessment. The project incorporates the results obtained from teaching a basic introductory course in circuit theory over the past three years at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona. The methodology developed in the project includes the use of web-based educational material
