Abstract :
Internal evaluation is an important part of the service quality evaluation of power supply. This paper proposes an index system of service quality internal evaluation which covers all kinds of the electricity service activities. Also, a model of how to weigh the indexes based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Triangular Fuzzy Number Principle is established, to solve the uncertainty of empowering the indexes. Finally, a technical support system framework that features of systemization, efficiency, operation and assistant decision, is designed, according to the proposed evaluation model.
