Abstract :
The present paper describes the design and the realization of an ASIC devoted to Doppler radar applications, mainly speed and distance measurements of terrestrial vehicles. This MMIC includes an X band oscillator, a buffer and a mixer-detector; it is built on GaAs and is made using monolithic integration technology.
