Abstract :
Recently, application of information technology has been developing in many fields. The Case-Based Reasoning is one of reasoning methods in the field of artificial intelligence. In this paper we used CBR techniques in E-Tourism, which is one of the applied categories of E-Government. For finding the best suggestions of travel schedule for new groups of tourists, we construct a case base, including the old tour experiences, used for the former groups, according to their specifications, then using an adaptation criteria and similarity function; we will find the best suggestion for this group.
