Abstract
Recent years, nonstandard employment, special the nonstandard employing knowledge workers, has been coming an important method for organization to increase its flexible ability and competitive ability. However present literature show confusing results about its effectiveness, some show good effectiveness, and some show bad. Firstly this paper analyzes the nonstandard employing knowledge workers´ effectiveness from labor contract and social embeddedness theories, and then divides nonstandard employment into four models based on these two theoretic views, finally test the effectiveness different among models by empirical research. The research show the effectiveness of nonstandard employing knowledge workers are various, the labor contract maturity and embeddedness degree into working organizational network are vital impacting views.
