Abstract :
This paper describes components technologies and artificial intelligence methods for efficient and effective management of instruction in a distributed collaborative learning environment. The approach presented in this paper allows E-Learning systems to be able to adapt to changing knowledge requirements of the user, be interactive, and provide uniform access to instructional materials. Finally the paper concludes by discussing some issues that will need to be addressed when implementing e-learning systems.
