Abstract
Over the last few decades, ferroelectric materials have been gaining much interest due to the unique operational characteristics they demonstrate when a dc electric field is applied. This paper is committed to introduce a new way of investigating ferroelectric materials and their characteristics under the effect of an electric field bias (about 1000V)and high frequencies (0.8GHz~1 GHz). In the new method, TRL calibration and an electric field bias is invoked to guide the microstrip line. Meanwhile, simulation and measured results demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme.
