  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a software reliability assurance approach for NASA projects. The approach provides a success road-map of integrated system risk management from early development phases for timely identification of valued proactive improvement on software while striving for achieving mission reliability goals. The informed decision making process throughout the life cycle is supported to ensure successful deployment of the system.
